G’day! I am an Animator living in Vancouver originally from Brisbane, Australia. 

After starting off my career back home at Liquid Animation (Polly Pocket), I made the move to the great white north at the end of 2018. Since then, i’ve worked at ICON Creative Studios (The Rocketeer, Supermonsters) and Mainframe Studios (Madagascar: A little Wild), finally ending up at Sony Pictures Imageworks (Hotel Transylvania: Transformania) to begin the next stage of my career in feature films.

I started my Animation studies part time in secondary-school, completing a Certificate IV in Digital Media at Bifrost Studios, a Diploma of Interactive and Digital Media (Games) at Southbank Institute of TAFE and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Animation) at Queensland University of Technology. 

Almost 5 years of study put me at a great position to attack my first industry job head on, but not before working as a Delivery driver for two different pizza restaurants, a shelf restocker,  a burger flipper, a stationery and homewares salesperson, a fashion photographer and a freelance videographer.

My first dive into online Animation training was through the AnimaWarriors Rounds in 2019. I was blown away with the approach to animation that Jorge put forward, making sure that we put our personal growth and development at the forefront of our minds. After working in the industry, I knew firsthand how easily burnout can strike, so AW’s fresh approach to learning had me hooked. When I was ready to start my journey into mentoring, I knew that AW was exactly where I wanted to do it!

While my career is only in its early days, the amount of talent and passion I have been exposed to in the past 3+ years is exciting and inspiring and I hope to pass on some of that knowledge and experience to you!
