The site is not registered with any commercial registry, as its owner operates as a sole trader and is not required to be.

Animawarriors Stream was previously operated by Animawarriors Online School Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation number BC1241167), which was voluntarily dissolved on 18 December 2025. All rights in the course library and the Animawarriors name were transferred to Jorge Vigara before dissolution. The service is now operated solely by him.

2. Purpose of this site

This site exists to present and sell access to Animawarriors Stream, a library of pre-recorded animation courses, and to give access to that library to people who have purchased it.

The technical platform is provided by Thinkific Labs Inc., which acts as our service provider. Your contract is with Jorge Vigara, not with Thinkific.

3. Conditions of use

By accessing this site you accept these conditions and undertake to use it lawfully and in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any account other than your own
• Introduce viruses or any other malicious code
• Extract, copy or reuse the content of the site by automated means

Access to the site is free. Access to the course library requires a purchase, governed by our Terms and Conditions .

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, video, images, character rigs, project files, graphics, design, layout and source code — is owned by or licensed to Jorge Vigara and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.

Access to the site does not grant any right over that content beyond what is expressly set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of the content without written authorisation is prohibited.

Animawarriors is used as a commercial name by the site owner. Names of studios and third-party software mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, referred to solely to describe where our instructors have worked or which tools our courses use. Their mention does not imply any association, sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Links to other sites

This site may contain links to third-party sites. We include them for convenience and we do not control their content. We accept no responsibility for those sites, their content, or their privacy practices.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free from error or that the site will be available without interruption.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects the rights of consumers under Spanish and EU law. Our liability in connection with purchases is set out in our Terms and Conditions .

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
