Terms and Conditions — Animawarriors Stream
Last updated: 11 September 2026

  1. Who we are

This website and the Animawarriors Stream service are operated by Jorge Vigara, sole trader (trabajador autónomo) · NIF: 09047687Q · Calle Princesa 31, planta 2, puerta 2, 28008 Madrid, Spain · [email protected] · www.animawarriors.com

Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jorge Vigara. "You" refers to the person purchasing or using Animawarriors Stream. Animawarriors Stream is delivered using the Thinkific platform. Thinkific is our technology provider; your contract for the service is with us, not with Thinkific.

Note: Animawarriors Online School Inc., a company previously incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, was dissolved on 18 December 2025. All rights in the course library were transferred to Jorge Vigara. The service is now operated solely by him as a sole trader established in Spain.

  1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your purchase and use of Animawarriors Stream. By completing a purchase, you accept them. Please read them before buying. If you do not agree with them, do not purchase.

  1. What Animawarriors Stream is

Animawarriors Stream is a library of pre-recorded animation courses, delivered as streaming video, together with a number of downloadable character rigs.

Included in your access: all courses currently in the library; three production-quality character rigs, each with an animation picker; unlimited viewing for the duration of your access.

Not included: personal feedback, critique or review of your work; mentoring, tutoring or one-to-one guidance; assignments to submit, or grading; any certificate, diploma or accreditation; live sessions, cohorts or scheduled classes; a community, forum or messaging service.

This is a self-directed video library. It is not a school, an educational institution or an accredited training provider, and we do not present it as one.

Software you need: the courses are taught using Autodesk Maya, which you must obtain separately. AnimBot is optional but recommended. To use the animation pickers supplied with our rigs you will need MGPicker, a separate third-party tool. We do not supply, licence or support any of these.

Course formats: most courses in the library are recordings of live classes, including questions from students who attended at the time. A smaller number are studio-recorded and edited. Production values differ between the two; the instruction is of the same standard.

  1. Purchase options and prices

We currently offer two ways to buy: annual subscription — $179 USD per year (billed annually and renews automatically until you cancel); or one-time payment — $399 (a single payment, no subscription and no renewals, no expiry date on your access).

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the price shown. For customers in the United States and Canada, sales tax is added at checkout. We may change our prices at any time. A change of price never affects a purchase already made.

  1. How the contract is formed

Your order is placed through our checkout. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Access is activated by hand and is normally available within 24 hours of payment. We will email you as soon as your account is open. That email is your durable record of the contract and we recommend you keep it.

  1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason. You may withdraw by using the withdrawal form at https://www.animawarriors.com/pages/withdraw, or by sending us an unambiguous statement by email to [email protected]. You do not need to use a particular form of words. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.

Refunds: we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, and you will not incur any fees. Where you have started using the content during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the point of withdrawal, calculated against the full price of the contract. Your access will end on the day the withdrawal takes effect.

Consumers outside the EU: this statutory right does not apply to you. You may still contact us at [email protected] if you are unhappy with your purchase, and we will consider requests case by case, but we are not obliged to provide a refund.

  1. Renewals, cancellation and closing your account

For new annual subscriptions, $179 USD is billed every year and renews automatically until you cancel. You have access throughout each paid annual billing period. Cancel future renewals before the next billing date in My Account > Billing. After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. The $399 one-time plan does not renew and has no expiry date. Purchases made under earlier non-renewing offers retain their original access and payment terms; this change does not create a subscription or renewal for those purchases.

Canceling renewal is separate from closing your account. If you want your account closed before your access period ends, write to [email protected] and we will close it. Closing your account early does not entitle you to a refund of the unused part of your access, except where the right of withdrawal in section 6 applies.

  1. Your access and what you may do with it

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the course content and to use the supplied rigs. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

With the one-time purchase, your access carries no expiry date and will remain open for as long as Animawarriors Stream continues to operate. This is not a guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give you at least 90 days' notice by email.

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login, transfer your account, or give anyone else access to the content. Where we detect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate access.

What you may not do: download, record, copy, redistribute or resell any course content; upload the content to any other platform or service; use the content to teach, train or run courses of your own; remove or circumvent any technical protection.

The rigs: the three character rigs supplied with your access may be used freely for your own animation work, including work you show in a portfolio or demo reel, and including commercial work. You may not redistribute, resell or share the rig files themselves.

  1. Changes to the library

The library is complete as it stands. We may add, update or remove individual courses over time. Where you have paid for a period of access, we will not materially reduce the content available to you during that period. If a course has to be withdrawn for legal or licensing reasons, we will tell you. We do not promise that new courses will be added, and you should not purchase on the expectation that they will be.

  1. If something is wrong

If the content or service does not work as it should — you cannot access what you paid for, videos do not play, a course is missing or incomplete — contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right. You have the legal guarantees of conformity for digital content and services set out in Spanish and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

  1. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

  1. Intellectual property

All course content, video, rigs, project files, graphics, text and design are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in them beyond the licence described in section 8. If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with details identifying the material and your claim, and we will investigate.

  1. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet our obligations under these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your use of the content in your own professional work, or for any business loss such as loss of profit, contracts, income or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. We make no promise or guarantee about the professional outcomes you may achieve. Employment, freelance work and career progression depend on many factors outside our control.

  1. Your personal data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force at the time you bought. Any change to these terms applies only to purchases made after it takes effect. It never changes the terms of access you have already paid for, unless the law requires us to change them, in which case we will tell you by email at least 30 days before.

  1. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. Before starting any formal proceedings, we would ask you to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most problems are quicker to solve that way.

  1. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. If we do not insist on you complying with an obligation, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
